Artist Statement

Maggie Jiang is interested in exploring visual duality and conflict, and works in a variety of media in two and three dimensional forms. This interest has manifested itself in works that live in the ambiguous space between painting and sculpture, between predictability and randomness, and between geometric forms and gestural mark making.
